Breakfast was good. The rooms had a nice balcony. The location was ideal to explore main attractions by foot.

A young man greeted us in the carpark to take our luggage. The room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was elaborate with several choices both hot and cold food. A wonderful experience.

Everything looks really nice and lots of place to store your stuff. Private parking out front. Close to ski resorts. Communcation easy with the host over WhatsApp. Quick response time on their side. Also very helpfull when you as the guest run into some problems. Thanks for helping me out. 10/10 - would stay there again.

People are smiling and fastly responding, in a quiet village (no screamings or non sens noises), modern shared kitchen with beautiful forest views and working space, good bathroom, terace and small garden, proximity to Borjomi yet out of noisy and polluted roads. Good wine 🍷
