It appeared nearly brand new and the room was nice and spacious. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating when I made several special requests. The mattress in the bedroom was new and felt like memory foam even though I don't think it was. The breakfast was above average for a guest house like this. I highly recommend this location for the service, the facilities and overall experience.

Location was good but away from the town centre but that meant it was nice an quiet hotel. We stayed just after Christmas so in winter. Woudl be good to come back in summer as the restaurant has a far reaching view.
