Bathroom and shower were very good and spotlessly clean. Because of our travel plans, we didn't have breakfast but the garden/dinning area was also very well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, we stayed only one night on our way to other destination but we fully enjoyed our stay there! It was very quiet, very confortable beds and pillows, very good breakfast and coffee, free private parking. There was an amazing lady at reception on our check out day (my apologies for forgotten your name, dear kind and amazing lady) who helped us with the tourist cards for the bus and she reccomended us where to and visit! The view was of a green hedge, which was nice. I didn’t realize when I booked the motel that everything was do-it-yourself. Check-in machine in front of the door to get your key and key drop-off to check out. Everything went smoothly, but this could be an issue if any challenges arise that need to be dealt with by a real person.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. The location is really good. Though it’s not near the train station, it’s only 20min walk or 15min ride with the free bus service given by the hotel. The view of the hotel, I would say, it’s much better than those next to the train station and the main road - simply choose rooms with mountain views. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. And the facilities are great with no complaints.
