The hotel is in an excellent location. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly — from the security guard at the entrance, to the receptionists, the breakfast staff, and the cleaners. The hotel is neat and clean. Compliments to the breakfast — it was very interesting to try foods that are not part of a typical European breakfast, and everything was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back when we get the chance.

- Friendly staff, they accompany me to my room - They didn’t mind that I arrived later than the last check-in time, they were really nice about it - they have a full kitchen you can use, I was happy to be able to use the microwave as I arrived late and only 7/11 was open - the room was spotless, clean, simple, tasteful and spacious ! - Free coffees & water - Hot water & shower gel shampoo etc - I was so tired that I didn’t hear my alarm and they come knocking at my door to check if I was okay, they were super cool about it, I told them I was sorry and I would pack really quickly, they told me no problem - location is great, super central, right next to the big shopping center ICONSIAM so I was able to get cash out and get a SIM card at AIS in the morning at 10am (much cheaper than at the airport - 30 days 5G unlimited for 349 baht) It’s as well where you can take the boat to do the hop on hop off for all the sightseeing sites - Amazing value for money !

Modern high rise with chic decor. Swimming pool on the 16th floor overlooking the city is small but refreshing; a wonderful place to chill. Pool bar served a great spicy gin & tonic, and the service was just so kind, professional and friendly all over the hotel. The room was modern and smartly designed, with luxury touches and great views of the city. Lovely shower with good water pressure (even on the 21st floor!). We didn’t experience eating in the hotel restaurants as we took a short tour of Chinatown nearby for food and drinks, and opted for room service breakfast. Room service breakfast was excellent! Both the eggs Benedict and the Thai breakfast were absolutely delicious and on the better end of hotel food I’ve had anywhere in the world. Loved having the option of breakfast in bed, and the execution didn’t disappoint. Also loved the hotel’s free tuktuk shuttle to the ferry port across from Iconsiam, a nice amenity for tourists. We did have a drink in Mimi’s, the Miami-themed roof bar, and while the drinks were a bit too sweet for us we loved the vibe and the fun atmosphere. The customer service was simply excellent everywhere we interacted with it.

The lounge facility and kids club was amazing-the days when we didn’t feel like leaving the resort, our daughter had the best time at the lounge and kids club. The staff at this resort are friendly and provided an exceptional service. It was a bonus to have caring staff, who love kids and enjoyed entertaining them; especially grateful for their service when we wanted to grab a bite to eat and they took the time to look after our child (keeping her entertained and occupied with stories and games). Loved the resort and overall experience.

Spacious family room with good layout for families with small children. Everything very clean and the staff were very friendly. Felt like luxury for a great price. The pool was great and the gym looked very well equipped (although we didn’t use it). The location was handy with a short walk to the airlink train and MRT.

A great hotel for our family including toddler and baby. The pool was great, and our child loved the tuk tuk in reception he could "drive". Good breakfast and the happy hour on the rooftop bar was great value. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location with public transport spots nearby.

The host couple are very friendly and nice. We enjoyed our stay with 2 kids. They prepared baby cot for us even on the booking it didn't show. They also prepare the washing machine for guest to use. We have rent a car they borrowed us their children seat. Car park guest can use. Hints you can also get a lot. apartment locates in the relative quiet place and easy to access to airport with bus and also for explore Bangkok with public transportation. Good space for family.

Excellent location. Near pratunam market and platinum mall. Swimming pool was fun and breakfast just awesome. My baby loved the kids club with so many toys You can get lots and lots of massage paulor just down on the street. The hotel has another way out from Reception which brings you directly to the main road. Location is just wow.

right from the property to hotel providing crib for our infant to the huge spread of buffet breakfast to the travel desk person being so warm and patient to our travel needs. special mention of Chef Mr Bhatt and Manager Ms Nida who took special efforts in preparing customised food for our infant and Ms Nida in being so kind and gentle with the family especially the kids needs. Hospitality industry need more such people

Everything about the hotel! The rooms, facilities, people, food — they were fantastic! Our children loved the Kids Club and the swimming pools. We were upgraded to the Family Suite and it was amazing. Location-wise, very strategic. Walking distance to so many malls. The hotel even provided golf cart to send us to the malls and their rides were pretty efficient too.
