It is a completely new apartment. All the conveniences were available, nothing to complain. It is a very nice apartment with a very nice host. Finding the address was a little issue, but after we found it the host was already waiting. Very good service and although the lady thought her English was not good, we thought is was quite good and all communications worked very well. We agreed on a time for the next morning to hand over the key and the host showed up nicely in-time. We appreciated the stay very much!
