It's a wonderful place with so welcoming hosts. A nice place to rest (with hot tub, sunny terrace) or to enjoy nature with waterfall and mountains everywhere around. Shared kitchen and bathroom are nice, with little attentions (spices, wonderful coffee, tea, cotton buds...), that you even feel better than at home. We would definitely recommend it.

Wow what a great little motel. It was like staying at your nan's place. Exceptionally clean to the point of immaculate, and wow that view! The furniture was old fashioned but in excellent condition. We watched seals playing at the front and an eagle eating a fish. There was also a kitchenette that was well appointed in terms of functionality and appliances. Great value for money.

We enjoyed the woodstove and BBQ. Comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and the selection of games and movies was appreciated. The location with the running water out back felt very remote, while being close to amenities in town.

Easy to find, not far out of Port Alberni. Very quiet and our cabin was spotless with lots of space. Well equipped mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, bowls, plates, mugs. Naomi kindly gave us a chopping board and knives. Best to bring own cutlery, which I’d forgotten! Naomi’s advice and knowledge of the area and the drive to Tofino was invaluable. She was so friendly and welcoming. Close to Sproat Lake for safe swimming in an idyllic location.
