Nice Staff from the beginning; nice staff everywhere with our kids; wonderfully clean; spacious bedroom for 2 adults and 2 kids; spacious and clean bathroom; Location nice for shopping and avoiding rain since it's directly connected to the mall; facilities looks fantastic; and arguably our best hotel breakfast ever!? Absolutely everything about this accommodation is amazing.
Chris, Robyn and the staff are incredibly attentive and kind. They truly make the place what it is. Outstanding hospitality (best we have had). Facilities are clean and tastefully decorated.
Food.. Just Wowwww! Breakfast and dinner were a treat.
The pool is beautifully located and clean.
The rooms are spacious and the bed super comfortable.
The house is in a quiet and safe location, 25 min from airport.
This place is a must. Don't hesitate to book. We wish we had stayed longer than 1 night.

I liked the fact that it was a walking distance to Sandton City Mall and it was very peaceful and quite. The furniture is also very beautiful, very modern and to be honest; way better than it actually looks on pictures. Also, the host is very kind and understanding. He really went all the way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. I arrived before check in and, he accommodated me irregardless. Even on the day of my departure, checkout was @ 10 a.m, and my flight was at 5 pm, his staff made sure my stuff was safe until I came back to pick it up later after a delightful day At Sandton City Mall.

Excellent location for my purposes and very secure. Regular cleaning and access in the event of any requests. Very comfortable quarters, tastefully furnished. Peaceful and private. All necessary amenities available. I had a happy stay!

Do not miss this exceptional hotel! We loved every minute of our stay, from the liveried doormen greeting us to the most helpful reception, concierge and room staff. Our suite contained two bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, a living and kitchen area. It was immaculate, and we had everything we could possibly have wanted. Breakfast too was excellent, with a great selection to choose from and we were greeted by the cheerful and attentive staff who helped us throughout.
