The minute I set foot in this hotel, I loved it so much that I booked another night. It’s luxurious in every way, yet somehow still homely and intimate. Every member of staff was not only kind and thoughtful in helping me with my bags and storage, accommodating last-minute requests, etc—but went above and beyond to ensure guest happiness. Everyone was incredible and deserves high praise, although I must give special thanks to the head of guest experience (Francine?). Best service I have ever seen, even relative to other 5-star properties. The food was superb…I particularly enjoyed the peri peri chicken, malva pudding, and watermelon chilli mocktail. I also loved this lavender/white chocolate drink they made with nondairy milk…ugh I’m getting hungry just thinking about it! I should also note how conveniently located it is—literally right by Rosebank Gautrain, with nearby shops, restaurants, etc. Thank you for a fabulous stay! This is the only place I wish to return when next in Johannesburg, and I passionately recommend this hotel to all.

Peaceful, Tranquility in the middle of a busy area is hard to find. Thats exactly what this place represents. Nice clean area with friendly stuff, coupled a Caring & Hands on Owner. "Incredible stay! What a wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms, great view, amazing restaurant, two very inviting pools, 24h gym, lovely spa and the entire hotel is in outstanding condition. But the best part are their employees!! From check in, the concierge gentleman, housekeeping, the spa team, pool service till check out - every single one was so incredibly friendly and with everyone just the perfect interaction, never too much - you just feel very welcomed! We travel a lot and I haven't had this feeling plus a flawless experience in a long time - we loved every minute and we'll definitely come back. Big thank you to everyone and especially to Miss Tsolo.
