The apartment was very clean, modern, stylish. All kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and etc. Very safe, reception on the ground floor. Close to the ocean, caffès, shops. 7-10 minutes by taxi to Waterfront. On the top floor nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner. They have safe place to store your luggage. We liked everything, very good place to explore Cape Town

My six night stay at Villa Rosa exceeded my expectations - a beautifully appointed hotel with a tranquil ambience, I loved the leafy sitting areas and verandahs. Everything was exceptional - the staff, the food, the rooms, night security - all brilliant. So close to the sea and restaurants, an easy, safe walk in a pleasant neighbourhood. Can't wait to visit again.

Love the breakfast and staffs there are so nice! it has very good location near to the sea point, near to one of the hop on & off bus stop or you can just take Uber to any locations, fast and safe!

An accommodation that we will remember, a welcoming host and very attentive to our needs.
Welda, Phillip and their cat named Tom Jones who visited us every morning made our stay wonderful. Very good breakfast, the location is good. I really appreciated their advice, and the people that they put us in contact with helped us a lot, and all this made our stay very safe and pleasant. The room was cleaned daily and Welda was available to us via WhatsApp whenever we needed advice or guidance. Big thank you!
