I liked everything, especially how friendly, polite and helpful the staff was there, Ntombi and Joceline have helped me at all times regarding the hostel, and also advising me places of interest in the city, the area around the hostel is quiet and pleasant, the hostel is about 25 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes away is a large shopping center and also very close to the hostel there are restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms are cleaned daily. I really recommend it 100%,

The staff were very kind and helpful, the space was clean and organized, breakfast delicious too, specially the quiches made by lovely Mrs. Elizabeth, cooker with blessed hands. I can say the location is great because is at a safety neighbourhood and is central to go to all main touristic attractions and it is a 46 rand run by uber from V&A waterfront. The decoration and furniture are Also part of the pleasant experience of Stay.

The property was brilliant and all the staff extremely helpful and friendly. My flight was delayed a day and the hotel offered us to stay in a premium room matching the rates when we originally booked the property, even though they had increased. One staff member, I believe his name was Samuel, even stayed once his shift had ended to help us organise everything (the flight was cancelled last minute and it was quite a stressful time). The facilities were lovely, the property clean, and a great breakfast included in the price too. I would definitely recommend.

Most amazing hotel in Cape Town! We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Lola. The whole place is just so lovely and beautiful, location is great, the owners and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! If we are lucky enough to ever come back to Cape Town, we will definitely stay again at Hotel Lola and will recommend it to family and friends back home.
