Rooms are comfortable and the facilities are good. Free coffee and tea as well as water available in the room.
Breakfast is above expectation.
Location is perfect: quiet and only a 5-10min walk to the old town

We had such a wonderful stay at the Hoianese Heritage Hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for by the staff.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel’s central location made it so convenient to visit all the highlights of Hoi An, yet it was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to rest peacefully.
I especially want to mention An and Spring at the reception—they were absolutely amazing. Kind, friendly, and always ready to help, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Whether it was giving us great tips about exploring Hoi An or simply greeting us with warm smiles every day, they truly made our stay memorable.
Hoi An itself is such a hidden gem. The town, its people, and the culture are so special that we honestly regret not staying longer. Every moment felt magical, and we know we’ll be back to experience more.
