Hoi an Heart Lodge is such a cosy hotel, Mat, the owner was so nice and very helpful with anything that he could help us with, he set up trips for us, hired mopeds for us also and all at a great price. I can’t praise the work that is put in to the hotel enough. A great city to visit and an even greater hotel.

What all the reviews say about Flower and Robert are true! Flower made our visit to Hoi An truly a special one. I've been in Hoi An a few times, but following her recommendations truly made the trip incredibly enjoyable. Upon hearing that we hadn't yet tried a banh mi on our trip, Flower made a point to send us off with a banh mi each, and even timed her afternoon to make sure she would be able to reheat mine to be nice and crispy before I left to the airport. The rooms are clean, modern and simple.

The breakfast was nice and had many options but I still would wish a coffee machine that is not a standard in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious and it was cleaned twice. The gym was nice for the hotel standards though extra machines would be nice to see

We would like to say BIG thank you for your support during our stay. Laundry, scooters, earlier check in, hotel took care about our backpacks after check out and when we came for our stuff we could have had a shower!!! A month of a holiday and we didn't feel the holiday until we stayed in hoianese heritage hotel,the first picture the super kind ,polite ,smart young receptionist ladies name Spring ,Lily and An,they helped get the best prices at the memorie performance theater ,send us to the best places change money at the highest rate and guide us without pushing but with kindness ,the room was big ,super clean ,big toilet and bath,clean air-conditioning and super quit although it's a busy and lively neighbourhood,the receptionist arranged us bikes at the best price and me and my wife dove to my son temples ,the ride is beautiful through the rice field and a local village market at the best price and kind people
