Lita, Ben, and all the personal is really nice, sweet and helpfull. The location is excelent, is close to the ancient Town. And the breakfast is super good too. The room has two bathroom for 6 bed.

The hotel is quite large but it does still have a cozy feel to it. It is very close to the old town. Free bikes available for going around the area. The pool is clean and large. Rooms very spacious. The staff is great and even arranged for flowers in our room on our daughter’s birthday.

Hands down, one of the best- if not THE BEST hotel you can book in Hoi An.
The staff were super friendly and accomodating; they even speak really great english! They gave us a detailed info in Hoi An, even tips on the local prices of goods/services.
The hotel itself is packed within the center of Old Town, and everything is walkable from the hotel. The rooms were really amazing! Cheap prices too!
Even after we checked out, We asked them for help to arrange services for us outside Hoi An, they still helped us and negotiated the prices too.
A huge thank you to An and Spring (the hotel staff), we will come back again soon!

The hotel is walking distance from everything in the old town which was great to get around walking to or using the complementary bicycles the hotel provides.
The staff was great, showed where everything was on the map and provided recommendations for food, activities and the best places to have tailor made clothes.
