I had a fantastic stay at Dom Hostel! The highlight for me was the beautiful view from the 4th floor in the second building - a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast here is also a treat; it’s delicious and changes daily, which is great if you're staying for an extended period.
The hostel offers a very convenient laundry service, with clothes carefully washed and returned in excellent condition. They also have a variety of reasonably priced tours, making it easy to explore the area.
The location is great, very close to the old town and the city center, so getting around is super convenient. Plus, the host is incredibly supportive and goes out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Dom Hostel for anyone visiting the area!

The staff are great and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay with good advice and are happy to reserve taxis etc at your request.
It is run as an eco friendly establishment, not just words, they actually do care!
Great bed, lovely and clean room, nice view and a modern up to date bathroom, best i have seen in my travels in this part of the world.
They also have a great restaurant by the river where you will have a discount on your bill if you eat there.
And important for some. a quiet location and 5 minutes walk to the old town by the river.

Everything was perfect! We stayed for 4 days but we wanted to stay longer!
It was the cleanest room we had during our 2 weeks of travelling. Also the bed was very good, and the shower was perfect as well!
Location is in the old town, walking distance to al the hotspots, but not noisy at all! :)
Staff was so kind to us! They have laundry service, clothes were ready the same day.
Free bicycles! And for western breakfast go to Ellie's cafe. It is in the alley next to the house.

We loved this hotel. It’s not an exaggeration to say that it’s the best we have ever stayed in and we travel quite often. We’re already looking at when we can come back!
The hotel is elegant and beautiful and the welcome by everyone is kind and friendly (we had especially lovely service from Min during breakfast).
The hotel is spacious especially the bedrooms which were beautiful and it has great facilities (a large outdoor pool and a spa in which the steam room and sauna are complementary). Breakfast in the restaurant was incredible.

Clean and modern room, near all the attractions and restaurants. Once you arrive is like you are visiting family members, not checking in to a hotel. The hosts are wonderful and the whole experience was the best we had in any hotel in Vietnam. I would rate them above 10, if that would be possible :)

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the most authentic accommodation we've had in Vietnam. They have preserved the charm of the old building but have maintained it to modern standards. The rooms were comfortable, the cleanest we've had in Vietnam and the staff

All the staff were amazing from start to finish! When you arrive they give you free water and a map of Hoi An. They sit down and give you lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Very helpful with booking tours and renting a motorbike.
Room was perfect. Hot water, amazing water pressure and comfortable bed.
Location was ideal. 2 minute walk to the town.
We will 100% stay here again when we return to Hoi An
