Best hostel I’ve ever had. Felt at home, two bathrooms for one room of 6beds, the architecture is nice, the beds are big and comfy and it is cleaned every day. Breakfast is really good and the receptionists are really caring and share their best tips and places in Hoi an. It is a social hostel as well as a calm one.

Fantastic boutique hotel in an excellent location near to the Old Town. Love the room decor and the staff were so helpful. Good breakfast. Loved that there were discounts for tailors and they helped us with restaurant bookings.

We loved the location of the hotel as well as the standard. The staff were extremely friendly and although it was in the heart of Hoi An Ancient town it felt secluded.

Everything was perfect! We stayed for 4 days but we wanted to stay longer!
It was the cleanest room we had during our 2 weeks of travelling. Also the bed was very good, and the shower was perfect as well!
Location is in the old town, walking distance to al the hotspots, but not noisy at all! :)
Staff was so kind to us! They have laundry service, clothes were ready the same day.
Free bicycles! And for western breakfast go to Ellie's cafe. It is in the alley next to the house.

The owners of the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. We were treated like kings throughout our stay.
The room and facilities were very clean and the pool was perfect to cool off and take a swim. We also used their laundry service which was done fast and clean.
The owners also helped us with providing good suggestions of places to go in Hoi An (activities, food, clothes shops,..) and arranged the taxis for us.
Upon checkout we received some food for on the go, since they knew we were taking a night bus to Nha trang, this was a very welcome surprise (and was delicious) :-)
We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An. The owners are truly amazing people and we will definitely book this again when we return to Hoi An one day

A month of a holiday and we didn't feel the holiday until we stayed in hoianese heritage hotel,the first picture the super kind ,polite ,smart young receptionist ladies name Spring ,Lily and An,they helped get the best prices at the memorie performance theater ,send us to the best places change money at the highest rate and guide us without pushing but with kindness ,the room was big ,super clean ,big toilet and bath,clean air-conditioning and super quit although it's a busy and lively neighbourhood,the receptionist arranged us bikes at the best price and me and my wife dove to my son temples ,the ride is beautiful through the rice field and a local village market at the best price and kind people

All the staff were amazing from start to finish! When you arrive they give you free water and a map of Hoi An. They sit down and give you lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Very helpful with booking tours and renting a motorbike.
Room was perfect. Hot water, amazing water pressure and comfortable bed.
Location was ideal. 2 minute walk to the town.
We will 100% stay here again when we return to Hoi An
