The hotel is very well located - walking distance from the ancient town, and all other attractions/facilities. It is a family owned business and the owners are all smiles and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast excellent! We highly recommend Hoi An Heart Lodge, it's been our best accomodation so far for our trip in Vietnam.

Staff were so friendly and helpful! Great location just outside the hustle and bustle of the old town. Bed was so comfortable, hard to leave it in the mornings! Room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony. We had room service twice and the food was really yummy and came very quickly, they have a great menu. We used their taxi service both to and from Da Nang which was reasonably priced and comfortable. Would 100% recommend staying here!

I loved everything about this place! The staff was super kind, helpful and welcoming. They always support with a smile. Rooms were beautiful, big, clean and comfortable. The food is great quality and variety. The pool was also nice. They also give you the opportunity to use their towels at the beach for free and have a shuttle for the beach. The position is great as you can reach the old town in a few minutes walk (roughly 5 minutes). Lovely place, highly recommended!!!

The hôtel is lovely and the staff super helpful, and efficient.Both An and Spring gave me lots of useful information and were vere very charming and friendly .I will stay there again when back in Hoi An.

The location of this small hotel is a little bit far from the center of Hoi An tourism, and I did not have so high expectations at first when I booked it.
However stepping into, there is a swimming pool and dining surrounded with greenery and flowers in the cener courtyard, and other tables and chairs are placed at strategic points in the open-air spaces.
The calm smiles of the staff also blend with such meticulous design, and they seems to create a beatiful world inside apart from the hustle and bustle of cars and motorcycles outside.

The "Hoianese Center Hotel - Truly Hoi An" is amazing and I highly recommend it! The receptionists An, Cherry and Sunny are very helpful and they helped me with everything a lot! They offered me cold water, showed me where to eat, suggested great day trips (I actually booked two of those trips, one to My Son and one to Ba Na Hills - it was great!!!) and when I left, they gave me a wooden Monkey Whistle, a symbol of Chinese Zodiac! The room was wonderful! It was musky! Amazing bed, large office desk (I worked there), beautifully decorated bathroom with a lot of style, details and exquisite aesthetics all! Congratulations! Please keep it up!
