We arrived and Lucky, a staff member, gave us a free room upgrade which was so nice. We had a wonderful stay! They arranged tickets to the Hoi A Memories show, which was the best show we saw!

I can’t say enough positive things about Kevin. He gave us an abundance amount of info on where to go, things to do and the popular foods that and was famous for(and recommended his favourite restaurants). Which were all fantastic. I really appreciated the tips he gave us. He made it so simple for us to enjoy our stay and saved us so much time so we didnt need to do very much of our own research. Thank so much Kevin, you are amazing. Location was perfect and staff was so friendly.
