We liked everything. The location is a short walk from most of the attractions. Also the staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel looks as on the photos pretty and nice.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood but at the same time near all attractions, Heart Lodge was a great place to stay at Hoi An. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped foot in this lovely homestay - Ven, Matt and all their family members always greeted us with a big smile and genuine interest in our travel plans. They also helped us to have our laundry done and fixed us an affordable transport to our next destination. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed to spend some time on our little balcony. Breakfast was also great, Venn fixed us a delicious and nutritious start for the day! Wishing all the best for our amazing hosts at Heart Lodge and a warm recommendation for their beautiful homestay in Hoi An!

The location of the hotel was perfect, far enough from the ancient city to be relaxing and quiet but close enough for an easy lovely walk. The breakfast was delicious although not particularly extensive. We also had lunch a couple of times and everything was tasty and well presented. Our room was a little on the small side but was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were helpful, cheerful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, in particular, Kate and Rose.

Loved our stay here! The breakfast was AMAZING and very good portions. Daisy is very helpful and a FANTASTIC host. We booked our airport transfers and we booked our tour to the Golden Bridge with her (would recommend doing this as she was very helpful and the price was good). The shower was hot with great water pressure. Located a 20/30 minute walk from Old Town but she does provide free bikes which makes it a 10 minute cycle. We spent 6 days and would've happily stayed longer if we had the time. My favourite place we have stayed in Vietnam.

Exceptional customer service, very friendly staff. Hotel was very clean & room & bed very comfortable. Swimming pool was open at 6.30am and very good for lane swimming. Gym also open at 6.30am and well equipped. Walking distance to old town & river. Would absolutely recommend
