We have visited many hotels all over the world but we have never experienced such fabulous customer service. We had several small chats with the staff and got several recommendations for local food and activities. Sany (hope I got the name right) is the reason why we had such good experience! :)
M Village also has handy WhatsApp chat where they were able to immediately address all our requests.
With the concept of “village”, we felt like we are back at home which was the precious feeling after several weeks of traveling.
Oh, and breakfast was spot on!

Cleanliness. Big wash room. Big and comfortable bed and space. Functional and equipped kitchen. The owner was super kind to allow me to check out late at 5 pm. and also allowed to take a shower at 9 pm. before leaving for the night bus. The best host for a traveller. They also offered towels and toiletries. Supercool......exceeded all my expectations.... the guy in the reception helped me with an umbrella to get car as it was raining....
