Rich breakfast and chef that was preparing omeletes and pho soup. When they heard that we have anniversary, we got a surprise in the shape of a cake, we also got a quiter room. Staff was really helpful in helping out with local tips.

This could not have been better actually. Perfect staff friendliness, and the room was awesome! To you every detail... It feels exclusive, and the beds are very comfortable!
Pool area, feels tranquil even only on 6th floor.
Bonus touch: free mini bar in room, and snacks/ice cubes on every floor.

Bathroom was really spacious. One of the big gesture layouts I've seen for a hotel room.
Staff was amazing. Always willing to help (luggage, bring food up to room, etc)
Complimentary breakfast buffet was different everyday, and pretty good.
We had a loud guest beside us, after we reported to the front desk, they spoke w/ them, and also followed up with us to ensure the noise level was resolved. 5⭐

This stay started high and ended even higher. During the check in we received a complimentary lemonade with a variety of fresh fruit as well as a wet towel that was scented and couldn't come at a better time to wipe off the journey. To start with the room it was comfortable, clean, modern and most of all the sleep was blissful. The rooftop bar with the pool provided amazing views and delicious drinks. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was excellent, as well as the atmosphere, which was chic and modern. BUT the most praise deserves the personnel, they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, from packing a breakfast box with coffee as we were unable to attend some breakfast to providing a complimentary drink AND transport to the airport as unfortunately we had to cut our stay short.That kind of service makes this hotel one of the most enjoyable.
