The room is big, very comfortable, quiet and has a helpful washing machine.
The hotel is quite far from the main touristic spots (for example the old quarter), nothing that a taxi or Grab bike doesn't solve it.
The staff are very polite, helpful and speak perfect english.
I would absolutely stay here again if I want to keep a little bit of distance from the crazy and noisy main spots of Hanoi.

10/10 without a doubt - it's a prime example of value for money. May and her husband literally provide everything you need, much more than you receive in many hostels. They are very genuine, it's clear that they really care about their guests. Very homely, peaceful and quiet, located in one of the nicest areas outside of Old Quarter.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable the washing machine in the balcony was a plus. The staff were all courteous and helpful. The infinity pool was very good and had a greaf view of the Westlake.

Stay in this hotel was really good experience which met our needs of a clean place with kitchen & comfy beds. Rooms were very clean and we stayed for 4 nights. The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.

Absolutely everything was perfect. The staff, the facilities, the room, we don’t have a single complaint. We sadly couldn’t use the pools provided as the weather was awful during our stay, but they looked lovely, clean & well maintained. The gym was more than satisfactory & never too busy.
The little shop on the floor of building B was amazing; stocked with everything we could need & very convenient.
Room service was affordable, quick & tasty - especially the Lava cake.
Our suite was absolutely everything we could want & more; amazing TV, comfy sofa, comfy bed & pillows, amazing bathroom (rainfall shower & bathtub, heated toilet) and even a washer/dryer machine. As a couple who have been travelling for 3 months, this was an amazing touch. Even when the drying element stopped working, the team at Fraser Suites replaced the entire machine within an hour. Faultless service and 10/10 experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.
