Great hotel with pool, sauna and gym. I totally recommend especially if you are looking for a hotel with sauna, as other hotels in Vietnam don’t usually have this option included. Hotel staff was absolutely excellent, very kind and helpful.

Front desk Ms. Van is extremely cheerful, helpful, and understanding. She can communicate well in English. The security guy is also friendly and kind. This apartment is super clean and quiet but near to all kinds of amenities. The apartment is well equipped with washing machines, fridge, cooking facilities, and utensils. The aircon are both working fine and cold enough. I am happy staying in rooms 702 and 502. Ms. Van helped me to rent a motorcycle at an offer price, appreciated.

This apartment was super nice, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was perfect for what I needed and reasonably priced.
It’s not in the centre but if you have a bit more time in Hanoi or you don’t want to be in the centre this is perfect. And you can easily get around via grab.
What made this stay enjoyable was Chloe who welcomed me for the check-in. She was so friendly and gave me the warmest welcome I have received in any of the places I’ve stayed in Vietnam. She was also super helpful and brought me a thicker blanket and some washing powder immediately.
I highly recommend you to stay here.

The staff is so nice and kind, the location is ideal if you want to stay away from downtown’s bustle but you still want to have good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. You can make use of the washing machine of the hotel, which was very useful in my case.
