Location is real good..very close to all attractions. Happening Streets , Beer street, train street...etc. all close by the hotel...staff is superb , like all of them..

Perfectly located in the old quarter by the lake and coffee street. The room was beautiful & clean. The staff went above and beyond to help us, particularly when I had to visit the hospital. A great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Salute Premium Hotel in Hanoi. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was excellent, but what truly made our experience memorable was the incredible staff. They were friendly, supportive, and attentive to every detail. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We are a family of three and it was our first time to visit Vietnam. We stayed in Hanoi Lakeside Premium Hotel for 7 nights. Our room was just the right size for us. Our room and our beddings were clean. We had a good-sized bathroom. The water was adequate and got hot really quick. Their towels were soft. The toilet paper was of good quality. We were provided with slippers and the usual toiletries. We were given one bottle of water a day and both coffee and tea sachets. The manager, Bryan and the receptionists, esp. Anna were all charming, thoughtful, and attended to all our needs, like arrange for a tour or book our transport to and from the airport.
We felt so at home in the hotel. The hotel is in a very good location, just a block away from the lake. Across is a very good restaurant which has a good selection of delicious and reasonably priced Hanoi dishes. There is also Circle K which is a 24 hour shop. Every morning, there is also a lady who sells hot Bahn bao for 15,000. On the ground floor of the hotel is a spa and massage parlor. We had manicure/pedicure and massages. Their services are reasonably priced. What can we ask for?

Great stay with lovely attention to detail. As we were on our honeymoon, we were welcomed with roses on the bed and a complimentary fruit plate. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful with tours and taxis. Some morning noise due to construction, but it didn’t bother us.

Since the day we booked, the host was writing to us to arange everything. When we arrived the staff made a very warm welcome and explained everything about Hanoi, where to go, what to visit, where to exchange money with good rate. The room was very clean and quite. The beds are very comfortable. We tried also the breakfast and was good.
We went in Halong bay for 2 nights and the staff was very kind to keep our luggage there when we came back.
When i come back to Hanoi i will definitely choose again Eliana Hotel.
