Very helpful and kind staff! They helped us with booking a very good daytrip to Halong Bay, helped with transportations and tips in general. Amazing breakfast with a lot of variety. It was the best hotel experience we had in Vietnam! We loved it!

One of the better hotels I've been to. Everything was perfect. The location is in the center, the room is big enough and clean with a very comfortable bed, breakfast starts at 6:30 which is important if you are planning to go on a tour. The staff is friendly, approachable and ready to help even if they don't know the information, they tried to find it. Everyone at the reception is extremely polite, especially Kathy. Even the support staff was very friendly (doormen, breakfast staff, as well as the maids). If we were to return to Hanoi, we would definitely come here again.

I've been to different hotels around the world, but the Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel is one of a kind. I went to Hanoi with my husband and we had a fantastic stay. Their infrastructure is flawless: impecable décor, beautiful lobby, two great restaurants, etc. The staff could not be more welcoming. The spa center has a variety of world-class treatments. The Vietnamese restaurant (there is second restaurant for Western cuisine) serves excellent food. The rooftop bar is elegant and offers you good drinks with a nice view of the city. Really top-notch.

5-star hotel in city center close to everything but still quite combines relaxa and downtown stories. Breakfast standard but good quality. Comfortable rooms and beds and fantastic sky bar for a cocktail.
But what leaves you breathless in that hotel is the serviceminded Personal that makes the unbelievable reality to you. Always meet you with big smiles remember personally your name and what you did yesterday! They all make you feel so special! Individually suggestions and guide your trip without considering any profit or tourist traps. You can feel the quality, honesty and warmth. We got upgraded our room to executive rooms, guided our days in the city, and help to find spot in good restaurants. They took offers from different cruise to ha long bay and spent more than one hour to analyze the advantages of any trip and booked the best for us! The spa amazing as well with the best quality of massage and individually adjusted to your needs! I had a small incident in the spa, my massage was not strong enough one day, the reception got informed at the same time and already next morning they made up to us with a voucher to the spa and asked for a stronger masseur to me!
They even babysitted my 5 month baby so we could enjoy a relaxing couple massage! And they did it with smiles and happiness!
The laundry service one of the best as well, I trusted my expensive dresses and I got almost my whole luggage laundered ready to be packed for my trip back home.
I almost cried when I said goodbye to people there, we got a goodbye present as well from them!
Amazing experience unforgettable and I will definitely come back soon. You made med love Vietnam even more and your service made me considering visiting your hotel as a rutine trip every single or every second year.
I miss you guys!
