The old quarter view Hostel is in an excellent location in the middle of the Old Quarter district. I was able to reach many sights on foot and never had any problems finding my way around. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, they even helped me when I had to do the laundry at short notice before departure or when I wanted to do a day trip to Ninh Binh and only got in touch with them the evening before (the day trip was great by the way and I really recommend it!). The beds were clean and the bathroom (I was in the 4 bed only female dorm room) was an absolute highlight.

Hotel staffs are the best! Hannah was so awesome in helping me with transportation and restaurants reservations and tolerant with changes with prompt replies. All others were also warm and welcoming. Also loved about the location and breakfast.

Very comfortable room with beautiful furnishings. Friendly and hospitable staff who helped us to call our taxi booking company to inform them of where to pick us up when the street was closed for the weekend market. Very central location right next to the Hoan Kiem lake and main shopping streets. Would definitely stay here again!
