I will always stay here if I visit Hanoi again. Very clean and spacious room. The staff were able to change my previously booked windowless room to one with a balcony at little extra cost. The hotel is close to many places of interest.

It is VERY quiet in the hotel, despite being in the center of the city. The beds are very comfortable, but the best are the staff who are so friendly and make you feel like the queen who is visiting. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are nicely decorated. Everything is spotless clean. I keep on coming back to this hotel, as it is so good. To be recommended.

Perfectly located in the Old Quarter just away from the noise, this is a small hotel with super clean and well maintained facilities and staff who are willing to help with anything you need. There was a lot of choice at breakfast too with everything freshly made. Perfect short stay in Hanoi for us.

Everything was amazing. We were in Vietnam for two weeks and this Hotel was the best. Super clean, great location, very friendly staff, great brekfast. Also, the bis tot the airport is 30 sec walk which is super convenient.

Excellent value for money. The location is very good. To the lake and the pedestrian area with all the main attractions, only 5 minutes on foot. Clean and cozy rooms. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff… Mr. Walkie best receptionist ever :) The service is excellent. Went to Halong Bay from the hotel's travel company. Everything was great! Best recommendations.
