We had a wonderful stay at the Salute Premium Hotel in Hanoi. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was excellent, but what truly made our experience memorable was the incredible staff. They were friendly, supportive, and attentive to every detail. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Very nice, big room. The breakfast was delicious and full. The best part of this hotel is staff. They gave us nice tips and information for our following trip. Since we left in the evening, instead of the next day, they gave us some fruit and water. Also the place is in a very good location from the main attractions.

This is an exeptional hostel. Extremely helpfull and friendly and caring staff.
Before I booked here I was reading a review from someone who was saying some really negative things about the lady with glasses. To be honest, this lady goes out of her way to make your stay remomorable. So if you made her angry, you probably were the problem yourself.
I also red some information about bedbugs. I can tell you they clean the sheets EVERY DAY. And you can also get a fresh towel whenever you ask, so I guess that has been improved tremedously.
There were constructions in the hostel, but is was not really bothering. It is right next to a partyhostel for younger people, but I never heard any noise from there. Most of the guests in Travellers House were 25+, so this hostel is not for party. You can party at the hostel nextdoors if you want to though.
The fascilities were amazing for the price. Met some amazing travelers here aswell. They reconment an amazing spa/massage parlor and the laundry is fast and cheap. I even got a chance to take a bath in the bathtub in one of the hotelrooms for a little extra costs because I was sleeping in the dorm. This was amazing!
I would suggest this hostel/hotel if you are in need of rest, quietness, inside the busy streets of Hanoi with easy access to everything nice to visit.
Is this hotel people work very hard with a lot of love for their job.

The staff were phenomenal, the breakfasts were a gastronomical experience Grace, Nia, Andrew, Ruby Duc, Annie and all the staff made us feel uber special. I fell and Grace got me a walking stick and checked in on tours about my recovery. Their concierge services were amazing.

Despite being centrally located we didn’t here any noise during the night (earplugs are complimentary though in case needed). Breakfast is great (with both continental & local vietnamese options) and there is a fixed menu for eggs (omelette, scrambled eggs, eggs benedict etc.) we could choose from everyday on top of the buffet selection. The staff speaks English and are very friendly. They provided us with useful tips for Hanoi and were always ready to help when needed. The room was clean, the bed is huge and very comfortable and we had 2 bottles of still water prepared for us everyday. There is a decent pool that unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy as the temperature dropped to 20 degrees during our stay but we highly recommend the daily happy hour (3-6 pm) in the rooftop bar as the cocktails are really tasty and the view is simply spectacular.
