I loved that it was located right in the middle. 10 min bycycle to beach and same to the old town. They let you use the bycycle for free. Beutiful place next to rice fields and quiet.

Highly recommended!😊 Nice, clean rooms and great location! But the best thing about our stay was the staff 🤗 They were all very friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a motorbike ride to the railway station when we were in a rush to get there before the ticket counter closed. We wanted to extend our trip by one day, but our room was already booked, so they gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room and even moved our luggage.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference during my stay. The location is perfect — central enough to reach all the main attractions easily, but also in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. You could really tell that cleanliness is a top priority here. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way — comfortable, clean, safe, and with top-notch service. I will definitely be coming back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Loved loved loved the Meritel. So glad we chose this, everything was great - starting from the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the staff. Mike was so welcoming & happy to guide us offering good tips and options of things to do in Hanoi. Would definitely return. We had the room with the terrace which was a great touch to unwind after a day in the bustling city of Hanoi!
