The hostel is in a great location in the middle of the old quarters. 24/7 desk.
It doesn't look like the photos in booking! They made rennovation and it looks much better, and everythings feels new and clean. Bed is very comfortable, big lockers, spacious dorms with seperate bathroom for each room which I loved.
The common area is always busy and allows you to meet people but the rooms themselves are quiet.

The property has one of the best locations in Hoan Kiem area. It’s sitting right next to the lake, so it’s super convenient to walk around & I didn’t have any problem falling asleep at night due to the lack of crowded noises.

Great location . Close to market restaurants. The room was nice and clean. Nice breakfast.
The highlight for us was that all the staff were nice and very welcoming, always asking if we needed anything.on arrival to the hotel, we had a welcome tea with a.platter a.fruits when we checked in. Every time we waited in the lobby to be picked up, the staff would bring us a cup of tea. That was very nice,
On check out day, we.forgot a jacket in the lobby. One staff member came on the bike and tried to catch us in the traffic to return the jacket.we really appreciated what they did.Thank you so much.
