We had a great stay of 3 nights at the Hanoi Salute Hotel & Spa in the Old Quarter. Every staff member we met was delightful and super helpful, and they did their best to ensure we felt at home, from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They also helped us with Ha Long Bay cruise booking which made things so much easier. The room is neat and well designed, and the bed is very comfortable. Great breakfast with a wide selection of food to cater for all. Many thanks to Sue and the team. Highly recommended, 10/10.

Bryan is number one. I really enjoyed in my stay. the stuff they were very friendly the location close to everything there is halal food there is good coffee shop. The hotel is really clean and tied.
