I will always stay here if I visit Hanoi again. Very clean and spacious room. The staff were able to change my previously booked windowless room to one with a balcony at little extra cost. The hotel is close to many places of interest.

Location is just a few steps away from the lake the location is very much central to reach shops ,restaurants and very close to the famous Historic Temple on the lake , breakfast is very good with also a very nice selection of western and Asian choice, the room was fantastic we had one of the two Terrace suite that we have chose for the second time in this remarkable hotel but what makes the hotel even more special is the friendly staff and the hospitality at the Concierge that are always ready to help in every way also with a warm heart to make sure your stay is comfortable.

Good location. Lily is the best, you can ask everything from her. She arranged all the travel plans and made sure everything was okay. The staff is very kind and friendly. The room is also really nice. Breakfast is good.

The staff was amazing, they really go above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable as possible. Breakfast is also very good, with many options that they cook fresh in front of you.
Despite being in the middle of the old town it is really quiet and we slept well.
I recommend the bigger rooms which are really nice and worth the price difference!
