Nice, clean rooms and great location!
But the best thing about our stay was the staff 🤗
They were all very friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a motorbike ride to the railway station when we were in a rush to get there before the ticket counter closed. We wanted to extend our trip by one day, but our room was already booked, so they gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room and even moved our luggage.

We had a great stay of 3 nights at the Hanoi Salute Hotel & Spa in the Old Quarter. Every staff member we met was delightful and super helpful, and they did their best to ensure we felt at home, from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They also helped us with Ha Long Bay cruise booking which made things so much easier. The room is neat and well designed, and the bed is very comfortable. Great breakfast with a wide selection of food to cater for all. Many thanks to Sue and the team. Highly recommended, 10/10.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. It was our first stop after arriving from Ireland and we couldn’t have been happier. The staff were excellent and the hotel was beautiful. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to all our needs. The food was delicious and the cocktails on the rooftop bar had us coming back for more. If I was in Vietnam for longer, I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat.
