The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and competent. On top of that, the hostel has an excellent location making traveling much more convenient. Social activities were abundant and I made some really good friends almost immediately after arriving, top marks on the social aspect too.

Everything was superb! the staff, the check in process, the assistance and being taken to the room, the decor, the breakfast was fantastic, the location is central, the top floor restaurant and entertainment made this an incredible stay and one we will not forget.

The staff must be the sweetest we've ever met, counting every single hotel in Europe + US (and that is quite a lot!). Lily, in particular, helped with all the practical things like recommendation of the best way to travel, choosing airline, etc. She's a flower 🌸

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hanoi, Vietnam and staying at the Hanoi Traveler House. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional.
The hotel itself was very good, offering comfortable accommodations and a welcoming atmosphere. What truly set this place apart, however, was the staff. The entire team was incredibly cooperative, and the manager, in particular, was a shining example of hospitality. She had a heart of gold and welcomed guests with warmth and positivity every single time we entered the hotel, no matter how frequent our visits.
Their slogan, "Your home away from home," couldn't be more accurate. I genuinely felt like I was in a home away from home during my stay, with the entire staff making me feel like a part of their family. This sense of belonging made my time in Hanoi all the more wonderful.
I wholeheartedly recommend the Hanoi Traveler House to anyone visiting Hanoi. It's a place where you not only find excellent accommodations but also experience the warmth and hospitality that make a trip truly memorable. It was a truly wonderful experience that I won't soon forget

If you want to stay in the heart of Hanoi, Hotel de Souriant is the perfect choice. The hotel is clean, the beds and pillows are as comfortable as the ones at home, and the sheets, pillowcases, and towels are changed daily—always crisp, fresh, and spotless.
The room sizes are just right—not overly large, but ideal for a city getaway. The staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, something you don’t come across often.
Breakfast offers everything you could ask for, from traditional Vietnamese dishes to Western favorites, catering to all tastes and habits.
We had dinner twice at the Sky Bar (the Pho and noodles were amazing—highly recommended!). The Sky Bar is also a fantastic spot to unwind in the evening.
If you enjoy massages, I highly recommend trying the ones offered at the hotel—both the full-body and foot massage are unbelievably good!
