very clean, central and very helpful staff. not noisy in the room - we stayed only one here, just before our flight out - first 2 nights at a 5-star hotel - which was fancy but we were cut off from everything local and felt like we were in a tourist bubble. Would skip the fancy hotel next time and book here. breakfast, spa, massage laundry, cheap and easily available all around the hotel.

Staff Linh was welcoming and very helpful. Spa was excellent and forgot to check lady’s name she was too good in recommending and staff gave very good massage. The interior of the property is beautiful and huge located at city centre. Will definitely come back as am in love with Vietnamese hospitality and people.
