The property is very clean, happening and tidy. The lavatories and bathrooms are very well maintained. The beds are clean and spacious. Loved my stay. The beer street was just in the next alley the train street was On walking distance too.

The staff was amazing ! They helped us for organizing last minute trip to Ha Long Bay and to Ninh Binh ! Also, the location of the hotel is ideal : we were located in the city center near the old quarters of Hanoi.

Honestly one of the most welcoming hotels I’ve stayed in! The staff and team make this place absolutely amazing. We are so grateful Senila and the rest of the front office team who greeted us every morning and checked on us each time they saw us. The boys on the night shift were also so warm and friendly and always up for a chat. We really appreciated all the tips and recommendations.

We loved everything. It's a little hotel so near to the important places in Hanoi. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and the bed was perfect to rest.
We aprecied the goog hospitality from the staff, in special Sahra. She was so helpful to us. They helped us to chose the Crose to Ha Long and organized the transportation. Definitely recommended.

Best, most helpful staff! We left Hanoi early in the morning and the staff even prepared bags with breakfast for us, so kind.
