The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs or help book tours and transfers. The location is perfect, with all major points of interest easily reachable on foot. Although we couldn’t have breakfast due to an early morning departure, the staff kindly prepared some food for us to take on the go. The rooms are beautifully decorated, featuring comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere, ensuring a great stay.

Quiet, clean, and peaceful
Khiem, the owner, is an amazing person who will tell you interesting things about the country and the city, show the highest level of hospitality, and treat you with love and care! He is very creative, and we really enjoyed our conversations about poetry and languages!
Also, when we had forgotten our thing and left, he wrote to us, and we came back to pick it up

Best thing is the location. Everything is at a walkable distance. The apartment is very clean and hygienic. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed as we travelled with kids and we had to cook. It's quite spacious and beautiful. The owner was very good and responded swiftly to every concern of ours. She was friendly and so cooperative. Totally a recommendable place when in Ha Noi.

It was great value for money, the staff were very nice, the room was clean, it had a fridge and the air conditioning was brilliant. There were lots of cafes nearby for a morning coffee, but not much in the way of food.
