Everything was perfect,and even above.
They kindly gave us the room about 1 p. m. though the arriving time was 2 or 3 p. m.
We were happy going to the room because the weather was awful ,heavy rain all day long.

Absolutely fabulous stay!! I stayed for 11 nights, and I have to say, I LOVED the stay, every part of it. The location is quite accessible from the old quarter, and there are lots of food options available near the hotel. The building is very clean and the room is very comfortable as well. There’s a roof top you can go to enjoy the great view of Hanoi and the sunset/sunrise. There is a cute dog that you can pet. The wifi in the room is great, fast and stable. I was working with my laptop and had multi Zoom calls but had no issue. I stayed in the room with balcony so the view from the room was amazing. If you stay 5+ days you can use the laundry on the rooftop too. Every morning you get to order a complimentary coffee or tea from variety of menu.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Hanoi in the next time.
Above all, the staffs are beautiful people. They always make sure that everything is good with my stay and provide support as necessary.

Located just outside old quarters - comfortable rooms and amenities with awesome bed. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous, especially Hannah, who helped with tour bookings, recommendations and all other queries. Accommodation was well priced and worth it.

The room was large and clean, the bedding super confortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We also went to the restaurant and got a massage from the spa and both services were great. We'll definitely keep the address in mind if we come back to Hanoi!

I had a wonderful stay at 12A&B Hotel Dien Bien Phu, Hanoi. The hotel is located in a convenient area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.
