When I booked, I selected a room without a window, because I rarely use the balcony, but even so, when I checked in, the receptionist took me to my room to make sure I had selected it correctly. Clean and very pleasant facilities. Friendly staff, from reception, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the spa. Fabulous breakfast, with lots of choice, and on the day of departure, they let me go a little earlier and gave me a box to take out whatever I wanted.

The staffs here are super nice and helpful. My friends and I had a week using their meeting room. They prepared and cleaned everything daily. We also enjoyed lunches at the hotel. Very delicious Vietnamese meals. Thank you for having us a great week at your hotel.
