I apologize for the late review as I have been very busy and tired. I would like to thank DIEN AN THIEN for helping with my heavy luggage and providing various information as soon as we arrived at the hotel. I also want to express my gratitude and regards to LINH PHUONG SA, who worried about my mother's lost phone as if it were her own issue. I could feel that all the staff were very kind and made great efforts to help. I plan to visit Vietnam again soon and would love to stop by once more!

Amazing location to view the Dragon Bridge. Rooftop pool was spectacular. Food and drinks were lovely. Staff were incredibly attentive, especially Luc and Hee (but all were very professional and friendly). The technology in the rooms was top notch and very impressive.

What a wonderful hotel!
The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Lucie. Nothing is too much for her — she's always willing to help and arrange anything you might need. In the morning during breakfast, Lucie came by for a chat. She asked how we were doing and if there was anything she could do to make our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated this personal attention.
Initially, the booking didn’t go well. Booking.com hadn’t mentioned that the room had no view, nor that painters would be working on the balcony every morning from 6:30 a.m.
We declined this room and explained that we had expected one with a view.
The ladies at the front desk handled the situation very professionally and to our complete satisfaction — we even received a complimentary upgrade.
Truly an amazing room!
Despite this small hiccup, still a 10 out of 10!

The gym was definitely a plus! We had an early flight and they have managed to give us an early arrival! The entire reception team was very professional and as someone is also an hôtelier I really respect and appreciate the excellent service that was provided to me!
