Location… convenience to all that Wilmington has to offer including the Riverfront. Place was more like a mini apartment. Had everything that one would need to feel right at home. Parking garage - parking pass was a definite perk.

Location is lovely right on the river and so close to town. The foyer is beautiful, spotless and very cosy. The welcome drinks were a lovely surprise. Pool is a great addition. Staff veru friendly. Breakfast was great.

This was an almost perfect stay - the rooms are so spacious and comfortable, well-equipped and very stylish - it feels like a space taken from the pages of a magazine. Whoever styled the rooms has amazing taste. The staff were very helpful in person and kept in regular contact via text as well - even when there wasn't someone obviously available in the property, I knew I could reach someone quickly via the phone. The breakfast was delicious, as was the excellent coffee offered in the morning. The location is also great - it's a quiet street but within minutes of downtown Wilmington - lots of excellent restaurants, cafes, bars, activities and the riverside walk all within 5 - 15 mins walk. We were spoiled during our stay here - it felt very luxurious at a reasonable price. The bathroom also had an amazingly good shower for such an old property - great water pressure!
