The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Tge bed was very big and i slept very well. The position of the hotel is very convenient and you can walk to metro station or the free shuttle to union station. Really good value for money. Absolutely recommended!

The location of the hotel was away from the nearest public transport but they have a shuttle service to the Union station. The staff was wonderful in helping and directing people to their destination.

The bedroom suite was perfect for myself and family. We were 5 of us. We had 2 double beds with a sofa bed. The room had a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, hob and microwave. A desk which I could work on and all necessary for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful too in directing us except for 1 Lady. Free shuttle services to and from Union station as and when a bonus

The service provided by the staff. They were super nice and willing to help out with any issues. For example, I forgot my credit card password because I use apple pay but they find out a way to solve that problem so I was able to pay.
