It is brand new - just around 8 months, so it’s really clean with an amazing finish. Great location - walkable to everything including the metro. It is like a high end BnB, very cosy, comfortable and a beautiful ambience.

Lovely hotel ..located near the metro and plenty of restaurants nearby . The breakfast bagels from the little bagel bar across the road were ideal ! Our room was on the tenth floor and was the biggest room we ever stayed in ! Great views of the city . The most comfy beds and a choice of pillows which was great . Would definitely recommend this hotel .

The Staff from the Property Manager Clarise to the Front Desk team were exceptional. As a Titanium member I have to say this property went above an beyond. I needed documents printed in color. Asked if there was a Kinkos close. The Property Manager Clarise had me email her, she printed, stapled and put it all together in a packet. Not expected but an amazing touch. They also provide amazing service when checking in, questions etc. I stay an extra 2 nights on a personal credit card, They accommodated me with seamless check in for both the Corporate Stay and personal. Have to say JW style service at the Courtyard. I will be staying there again and forgoing my other favorite DC *Bonvoy properties. Thank you M Jaworski

The hotel is beautifully built. The beds and linen are excellent. The personnel is very nice especially Johnny's in the front desk who is very willing to help and always with his sweet smile. The restaurant and the “Reynolds” bar are awesome. Beautiful ambience, nice music, amazing coctails!!! Highly recommended.

Pool was great and quiet !! Location by metro trains and busses was great. Staff were helpful. Great food in the bar was good value. Close to many cafes and restaurants. Rooms were large and cleaned daily. Tv connected to my phone. Was good for a solo stay for 6 nights. Safe area and lime bikes all over the streets to use. Bar was fun and pool was a great location on rooftop. Amazing clean hotel. Snack bar and office facilities like printer. Didn't use games room downstairs.
