Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and asked to leave out bags but we’re told our room was ready and we could go straight in.
We had also had one bag delayed at the airport which was to be delivered to us that night.As we had been travelling overnight the staff took our bag in for us so we could sleep without being disturbed. Very much appreciated!

The apartment was absolutely fantastic everything was on your doorstep especially a Hugh supermarket called giant 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There are restaurants all very close by all selling fabulous food. Tiger fork Chinese hidden away ( down an alleyway should not be missed. We didn't try the Ethiopian restaurant 4/5 doors down the street. The apartment was 10/10 for cleanliness, decor, facilities. A right 5 star experience..

The rooms were large and the beds were confortable. The staff were excellent, competent and friendly. The location was walking distance to all the things we wanted to do as tourists, and the on-site restaurant was delicious.

Bed super comfortable as well as linens used, really soft. Room was efficient, well lit, had everything I needed to work, charge multiple devices, make coffee. Staff was very helpful and informative, ad the lobby and bar area is great. Hotel is nicely appointed, spacious architectural plan; well thought out and close to metros, Georgetown, Dupont Circle. Excellent location.
