The welcome drink was great! My mother-in-law loved it. The large room was just what we needed, clean, comfortable, beds were great. The breakfast and service was outstanding. You served a variety of items which suited each one of us perfectly. And the coffee was delicious. Thank you!

From a very organized and well planed trip, it went south really fast. We got trapped in a terminal. Airlines made us miss our connection flights and left us stranded in the airport. Becci from Hotel Indigo was my savior. She was sympathetic and understood that we were in a bit of a pickle. I got a refund of the night missed, and they have sorted out a room for us to check in early in the morning. The other staff at reception were fantastic too im sorry I didn't write down your names. But a beautiful receptionist with brown hair was so sweet and accommodating. Also, the valet drivers were understanding and let us park for way longer than we're supposed to. So overall, the hotel staff are amazing. Thank you so much.
