The service here was amazing. We were having the worst day after an 18 hour flight and getting stuck on the road for 5 hours. The guy at the counter was so understanding about our slightly late check in and even gave us a free room upgrade just to make our day a little better. We couldn't be more grateful. Only wish that we got his name to thank him personally! The room itself was great: huge bathroom, hot showers, a really comfortable bed and nice little view of the sea. There was also a simple complimentary breakfast in the morning with pastries, eggs and coffee. Location was right in the middle of downtown with lots of restaurants around and just a short walk from Pike Place. Unfortunately, we were only here for a night but would definitely come back if we're ever in the area again.

Such a wonderful host and comfortable, spacious setting. The beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need. Wonderful open lounge area with plenty of space to chill. Walking distance to most attractions with short uber rides when needed.

The location is great and the room is also good. The way to check out is very convenient. The parking charge 43$ per night, however, is too expensive. And I asked the bathrobe, but it hand'tt reached me until I left.

This hotel was a bit expensive than what I usually book, and it showed in daily room service. I appreciated complimentary tea - black and camomile, as I don't drink coffee. They also provided body lotion besides shampoo and conditioner. My room was facing street side, but the glass door was blocking the noise. The heater was functional and I could warm myself up in the evening. They provided kettle and cutlery when I asked.

The location right across from Pier 66 to our NCL Encore cruise, perfect, bar could be open later as we didn't arrive till 10pm and it was shut, used it fully the next night though. Reception staff were amazing, but I really need to give a shout out to MJ who went over and above his duties, was so helpful, funny, professional at the same time. helped us loads with lots of things.

Location was super handy to the freeway, train station and walking around Capitol Hill and downtown. The free breakfast was amazing! And the room was super comfy. Would absolutely recommend

Location was walking distance to all the hotspots, as well as amazing food places. Stayed here on Christmas and was able to check in early and got a complimentary room upgrade as well which was an amazing surprise. Staff were incredible! Bed was so comfortable.
