Very nice traditional hotel. Convenient location next to Union Square. No breakfast, but they serve some buisquits and fruit in the lobby every morning. Also all-day coffe/tea/water facility makes your day very easy.

The location is really great without being too close to Tenderloin. The room was very spacious and well equipped, and the hotel had a lot of amenities. The staff were very friendly - Rachel from the concierge desk was made for her job; she was super helpful and enthusiastic, and left a very positive impression. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for a short or long stay in San Francisco!

The Hotel was in a great location, 5 minutes from Union Square and the center, close to everything. The Check in was smooth, and the room was big enough. Breakfast was great as well. Very good price to quality ratio.
