The location is really great without being too close to Tenderloin. The room was very spacious and well equipped, and the hotel had a lot of amenities. The staff were very friendly - Rachel from the concierge desk was made for her job; she was super helpful and enthusiastic, and left a very positive impression. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for a short or long stay in San Francisco!

We stayed three nights at the Nikko Hotel SF and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even helping us resolve a booking error we made ourselves and sorting it out perfectly. The hotel’s location right in the heart of the city is excellent, making it easy to explore San Francisco. If you have a car, I’d recommend using the self‑parking facility next door. All in all, a very pleasant stay
