Amazing people are working in this hotel, amazed by the great tasty breakfast, a full length swimming pool with a spacious changeroom and comfortable showers to use. Very beautiful library, free music on fridays and saturdays in the evenings for the guests of the hotel and the public. Very clean. Microwave is not in the room, but when we needed it, it was brought for us immediately. Comfortable bed.

Excellent, very clean . Few of the staff were less helpful ( less informed).Others were excellent hence compensated. Location is good surrounded by good food restaurants. Beautiful decorations inside . Strongly recommend for families / solo travelers to stay.

Our room in the Orchard Hotel was nice, large, and comfortable. It was very clean and cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a safe part of the town. The street was not busy and was noisy with traffic, considering it is close to Union Square and downtown. The location is excellent, and many attractions are within walking distance.

Staff were fantastic and helpful. They allowed early check in after two big flights which was the best thing for us. All staff were friendly and it’s close to all transport to get around.
