We are a family of 4 and were in San Francisco for 5 nights - this hotel is amazing! I'm so glad I found it! It exceeded our expectations - it was so comfortable! We had a one-bedroom suite with a sofa bed and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette has everything you need - dish soap, sponges, dishwasher and soap, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. We bought food for breakfasts and some dinners and it was SO convenient. The hotel so many amenities - free laundry (including detergent), free popcorn and hot cocoa and dvds for movie night and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also in a great location - only a few blocks from Union Square on a fairly quiet street. We felt very safe the whole time and didn't have any problems. There is also a rental car place one street over if you want to rent a car for a day trip to Muir Woods, etc. We walked everywhere and only used the rental car for a day trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to San Francisco.
