The location is amazing. Macy's is nearby. There are two Walgreens nearby. It's within walking distance of the financial district and the piers. The room and washroom are clean and nice. Free coffee, water, tea, cookies, popcorn, and apples. The staffs are so nice and kind. We've stayed twice and still will want to come back again.

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. Everything here is thoughtfully designed with the guest’s comfort and enjoyment in mind — from the amazing breakfast and stunning views from the restaurant, to the complimentary afternoon cocktails, heated swimming pool, well-equipped gym, filtered water and ice on every floor, free laundry facilities, and more. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank the front desk gentleman who, on April 20th at 10:20 AM, generously ordered a Waymo for us at his own expense — a gesture we’ll never forget. Highly recommended!
